You may access and use the Platform and the Services in accordance with these Terms and the rest of the Agreement. The Terms may be amended from time to time. Please stop utilizing services immediately if you disagree with these Terms. Some areas of the Platform may be subject to additional terms of use. Using these areas, or any portion of them, will subject you to these additional terms and conditions.
Our travel services include driver service arrangements. When a user submits a booking form on the Platform and makes a payment, we will email a booking confirmation and payment invoice to the user. All information provided to us by the User, or someone acting on their behalf, must be accurate and complete.
Your booking will be refunded 100% if you cancel it 2 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations less than 2 hours before your trip may be charged 50%. It will cost you the full trip amount if you cancel after our driver arrives at your pickup location. There is a charge of AED 120 per trip during peak hours, for instance, from 2am to 3pm.
